Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Property & Casualty Claims Examiner to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of claims from first contact through to resolution, ensuring a high-quality service for insureds, brokers, and third parties. You’ll play a key part in reserving, adjustment, escalation, and maintaining strong working relationships across the claims process.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working collaboratively, and delivering excellent outcomes in a fast-paced insurance environment.What you will do:Manage a portfolio of Property & Casualty claims in line with delegated authority and Chubb best practice guidelines.Proactively investigate, reserve, and adjust claims while keeping files accurate and up to date in workflow systems.Build strong relationships with brokers, insureds, third parties, and TPAs, including handling disputes and audits where required.Identify subrogation opportunities, prepare large claim summaries, and support underwriting with claims insights and product knowledge. Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years’ property claims experience, ideally within the insurance industry. (experience, 3 years)
