Position Details: Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer/Technical LeadFunction/Department: Duck Creek PolicyLocation: Hyderabad, Bangalore, BhubaneswarEmployment Type: Full-time Position Overview:The Sr DC Developer builds the product envisioned by the Product Owner and other stakeholders. Work with Business and subject matter experts to gather and validate the requirements. Work with Enterprise / Solution architects in designing the solution. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the Duck Creek Platform, agile/scrum, change orientation and effective communication Key Responsibilities:6-12 years' experience in Duck Creek Policy Admin System in P&C / Commercial/Speciality InsuranceStrong working experience on Example Author - Server, CBO Express, and SkinsStrong ability to debug Duck Creek issues and provide solutions for DC components, especially Rating, Forms, and Business RulesShould have a strong understanding of manuscripts, versioning and configurationUnderstanding of third-party integrations with Duck Creek like ISO, PitneyBowes, D&B, etc..Strong in unit testing, solution documentation and transition of solutionsExperience working in production support for Duck Creek application and incident resolutions Bachelor’s degree or higher education level, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer or Information Technology discipline, or a related engineering/computer fieldAINS and DC Policy Admin System Certification is a plusMinimum of 6 years’ professional experience, preferably in a similar roleMust have 6 – 12 years of experience with the Duck Creek Policy Admin SystemWhy Join Us?Be at the forefront of digital transformation in the insurance industry.Lead impactful initiatives that simplify claims processing and enhance customer satisfaction.Work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education level, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer or Information Technology discipline, or a related engineering/computer field (degree in higher education level)
  • AINS and DC Policy Admin System Certification is a plus (certification)
  • Minimum of 6 years’ professional experience, preferably in a similar role (experience, 6 years)
  • Must have 6 – 12 years of experience with the Duck Creek Policy Admin System (experience, 12 years)
