This position would support the Life Finance Department in Bermuda with insurance accounting related duties and projects.Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Undertaking insurance accounting related projects, as requiredData comparison and summary for key internal/external deliverablesSetting up and preparing analysis tools to investigate key insurance metrics for reportingPerforming administrative tasks, as requiredAssisting in roll forward of annual financial statements and other reporting documentsAssisting in process re-engineering, to include streamlining and automation of Excel workbooksManaging and communicating key deliverables with Management across different teams An interest in pursuing a career in Finance/Accounting and current full-time enrollment in an accredited universityCompleted at least one year of university at an undergraduate levelActively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (May 2028 graduate preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong oral and written communication skills Strong organizational, communication, and time management skillsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Academic achievement (minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA to qualify) Bermudian citizenship or Bermudian status
