Chubb Limited invites applications for the position of Communications-Intern (Bermuda). This position would support the Communications Specialist in Bermuda with a full range of communications duties and projects.Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Providing administrative support and coverage for the Communications SpecialistAssisting the Communications Specialist with the production of a weekly employee newsletter using a digital platformSupporting the Communications Specialist with Chubb’s internal Intranet system for the Bermuda regionProviding cover in the absence of Communications Specialist, fielding media enquiries, internal communications requests and where appropriate, delegate requests to the Global Communications DepartmentProviding business support and manage local advertising requestsManaging all community event sponsorship requestsProviding administrative support for internal committees and events, assisting with branding, photography, and Intranet training An interest in pursuing a career in communications and current full-time enrollment in an accredited universityCompleted at least one year of university at an undergraduate levelProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with photoshop is desirableStrong oral and written communication skills Strong organizational, communication, and time management skillsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Academic achievement (minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA to qualify) Bermudian citizenship or Bermudian statusActively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (May 2028 graduate preferred)
