Job Description
Working within established guidelines,Manage and develop the telemarketing unit to meet premium, productivity,Strategic objectives for the unit, through cold calls, lead generation and campaign sales. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any fieldsExcellent and effective in verbal and written communications in native languagePrevious successful experience in Direct Client selling, where the product is intangible is preferredHigh level of interpersonal skills at multiple levels.Has experience in managing telemarketing team ( Outbound TM or Service to Sales team in Insurance or Banking Business)Experience in working in a computerized environment.
