About the RoleThe Lead of Asset Allocation and Management Section is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and monitoring of investment asset allocation strategies. This role helps ensure the portfolio is aligned with business objectives, risk appetite, and long-term investment goals. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and review asset allocation recommendations across investment portfoliosMonitor portfolio performance, market conditions, and rebalancing needsCoordinate with internal stakeholders on investment strategy and executionSupport reporting, analysis, and decision-making for management and committees Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Investment, Economics, Business Administration, or a related disciplineSolid knowledge of investment principles and asset allocationFamiliarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirementsStrong analytical, communication, and presentation skills5+ years of relevant experience in investment, portfolio management, or asset management Preferred QualificationsProven experience managing external managers and overseeing delegated investment mandatesExperience in insurance investment or institutional asset managementFamiliarity with fixed income, ETF, and PE fund investmentsProfessional certifications such as CFA or equivalentKey CompetenciesStrategic thinking and sound investment judgmentAnalytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and presentation skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities ★Recruitment Process Notice• Please note that interview coordination for the next stage will be handled by our offshore Service Hub.
