Consults business leaders and internal partners to apply the insights to test and drive product innovation and enhancement, to target the right members for the right service, to measure program outcome and demonstrate value, to help win and retain clients, and to support information based strategic decision making.How you will make an impact:Lead demonstrating value of palliative care program to clientsProactively collaborates with business partners to determine KPIs to track & monitor performance and improvements - especially those relevant to the client value storyPerform client-specific root cause analyses to understand client-specific trendsPrepares analytical data sets in support of the above insight generation.Build, test, and validates value quantification methods and assumptions used in analyses.Publishes results and addresses constraints/limitations with business partners.Lead and mentor junior analysts.Minimum Requirements:Requires MS, MA, or PhD with concentration in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Epidemiology, Engineering, Computer Science or Operations Research and a minimum of 5 years experience in related health care analytics; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:SQL skills experience other language such as Python preferred.Proven ability to design and execute root cause analyses preferred.Significant experience in healthcare analytics preferred.Patient engagement and population health strongly preferredExperience driving improvements in patient engagement strongly preferred.Experience leading and mentoring junior analysts preferred.Ability to present meaningful results to a business audience, to participate collaboratively in a team tasked to produce complex analyses on a rigorous schedule preferred.For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $111,520 - $167,280.
