This approach ensures flexibility, responsiveness to client needs, and direct, hands-on engagement. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Travel of 50%-70% will be required.Responsible for directing sales and retention strategy for large, complex national accounts. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 10 years of professional/leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Must obtain and maintain required Department of Insurance (DOI) licenses and carrier appointments in applicable state(s) to perform essential job functions, including selling, account management, and servicing of insurance products .Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: Strongly prefer experience in health insurance sales in local and national markets.Excellent managerial and leadership skills and extensive knowledge of local and national markets and health insurance sales including direct to employer sales is highly preferred.Experience interacting confidently with senior management and executive level stakeholders, as a subject matter expert and comfortable with influencing decision-making.Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties.
