You will ensure that payroll tax validation is done efficiently and accurately, and any discrepancies are reported and corrected in a timely manner.If this sounds like a perfect fit for you, apply now and join our team in Mandaluyong City, Philippines!In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Perform weekly payroll audits and month end reporting items.Ensure the accuracy of data extracted from Oracle, KBace, and other reporting tools.Analyze, reconcile, and resolve payroll tax discrepancies using data from payroll and reporting systems.Support month-end, quarterly, and annual payroll tax reporting and balancing activities.Prepare and maintain payroll-related reports, including Global HRIS billing and tax payment reports.Collaborate with internal teams to address issues, improve processes, and maintain high-quality service delivery.Who You Are:You consistently deliver high-quality results by focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
