In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Ensure the timely and accurate processing of vendor payments in weekly payment cyclesPerform regular bank reconciliations to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial recordsManage employee expense claims and ensure timely reimbursement in compliance with company policiesCorporate Credit Card Program ManagementConduct regular reconciliations of corporate credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and complianceCollaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment and processing issues in a professional mannerSupport Month-End Close activities, including bank account reconciliations and other related financial tasksProvide proactive guidance and training to internal teams on expense management policies, procedures, and payment schedulesDeliver services in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and continuously meet or exceed performance KPIsPartner with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial services while maintaining strong compliance, control, and operational excellence standards.
