In this position, you will focus on identifying new customers, developing business opportunities, and delivering value through Emerson’s Fluid and Motion Control portfolio. Focusing on our Factory Automation brands AVENTICS and AFAG, providing unique pneumatic and electric linear motion and vibration feeding solutions. You will collaborate with customers such as machine builders, OEMs, and End Users in automotive, food & beverage, packaging, special machinery, medical manufacturing—helping them optimize performance through innovative motion control technologies.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Actively identify, develop, and win new business opportunities through prospecting and lead follow-upBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers across the regionEngage with customers to understand application needs and recommend suitable factory automation solutions (pneumatic actuation, electric linear motion, component feeding systems)Drive sales growth through structured territory planning and proactive market developmentConduct regular customer visits, technical discussions, and solution presentationsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to expand Emerson’s footprintCollaborate closely with internal teams, including Inside Sales and technical expertsParticipate in trade fairs, industry events, and training to build market presenceMaintain accurate and transparent reporting of activities, opportunities, and forecastsTravel regularly within Moravia and surrounding areas to stay close to customers Who You Are:You take action with a sense of urgency and proactively seek new opportunities to create value.
