In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Carrying out machining and assembly of products in line with standard operating procedures and relevant standards.Carrying out testing of products to specified product methods and in line with standards and health and safety requirements.Ensuring sales order requirements are interpreted correctly Collaborating closely with your team leader and other personnel such as Engineering and Quality team members on quality issues arising from manufacturing.Ensuring that all tools/machines used are fit for purpose and reporting any problems to Supervision.Recommending and carrying out any improvements in line with the company’s continuous improvement program.Working at all time within Health and Safety guidelines, including the accurate use of PPE.Keeping accurate and up to date production recordsShowing flexibility and working in other parts of the production areas as required.Taking an active role in Perfect Execution activities where required.Being aware of and following all company policies and procedures in carrying out the role Who You Are:You have the capability to efficiently and accurately handle complex tasks. You are self motivated with a positive can-do attitude.
