In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Manage assigned portfolio which includes varying account types such as strategic accounts, trading partners, intercompany and end customers.Review open/active accounts for collection efforts.Prepare and communicate monthly Statement of Accounts to all assigned customers.Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates which would include pre-due date reminder calls/emails and follow-up on aging balances.Identify, validate and log customer disputes to initiate resolution and escalation.Perform initial investigation and communicate findings with the proper owners/resolvers Who You Are:You are driven to deliver results and approach tasks with energy and enthusiasm.
