In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Develop and implement sourcing strategies in alignment with organizational strategy to ensure a reliable supply chain for mechanical parts and assembliesMonitor supplier performance to drive improvements and ensure global supply chain networks meet operational needsAchieve cost savings and trade working capital improvements (DPO/Inventory) through negotiations, eSourcing, and other activities related to supplier selection and short/long-term strategiesLead projects within assigned commodities and support annual financial planning cyclesManage diverse group of suppliers – ensure KPI improvements and negotiate contractsAssist with other strategic operations and supply chain projects and initiatives as neededOffer support and mentoring for Associate Commodity Managers Who You Are:You are a motivated and curious professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
