In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Lead and manage all aspects of engineering activities, including planning, execution, and deliverySupport pre-bid engineering, cost estimation, and budgeting activitiesPartner with cross-functional teams (Projects, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Field Services) to ensure project execution meets timelines and quality standardsDrive achievement of project objectives such as sales targets, operating margin, and asset performance (including DSO and inventory turnover)Ensure timely submission of engineering documents, purchase requisitions, and final project deliverablesRepresent the organization in interactions with customers, consultants, and suppliersReview engineering documents (e.g., FDS, test procedures) to ensure alignment with customer requirementsPlan and execute FAT/SAT activities to meet client expectationsMonitor customer satisfaction and proactively address challengesPromote innovation and cost optimization in engineering design and executionEnsure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirementsBuild, develop, and coach a high-performing team while managing workforce planning and attritionIdentify training needs, support capability development, and maintain a skills matrixSupport continuous improvement initiatives and maintain up-to-date engineering procedures and templatesWho You Are:You build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
