In the U.S., our solutions help manage more than 12 billion gallons of water every day through advanced control and monitoring technologies.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Plan, coordinate, and execute New Generation Projects to ensure scope, schedule, cost, and quality commitments are met Partner with project engineers, technical specialists, and cross functional teams to support successful project delivery Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and supporting high levels of customer satisfaction Track project performance, risks, and issues, and communicate project status clearly to internal and external stakeholders Support forecasting activities related to project sales, inventory, and resource utilization Apply established project execution processes while contributing ideas for continuous improvement Participate in lessons learned reviews and share best practices across the New Generation Projects team Stay informed on evolving market trends and emerging technologies to support effective project execution and future growth initiatives Who You Are:You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders. You effectively align the interests of multiple, diverse stakeholders. For This Role, You Will Need:Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Business, other technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management or Engineering Experience supporting projects involving control systems, software solutions, or industrial automation Working knowledge of project management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, risk and stakeholder coordination Ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced settingIncludes travel up to 25% in North AmericaLegal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
