In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Provide site service to installed based customers.Provide Lifecycle Service to Local customers.Perform MRO & Warranty Service to customers. Implement Upgrade/Migration Ovation system.Provide 24-hour standby service to Korea contract customers.Support installed based service infrastructure building in Korea.Disseminate safety notices and important KBA to local service organization. Provide repair quotation support to local Reps/Sub. Work with customer to achieve 100% registration for Ovation system. Manage product recall/replacement. Reports progress and technical problems to Service Manager. Co-work closely with project teams. Pro-actively identify potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work. For This Role, You Will Need:Degree in Electrical Engineering Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS excel.3-5 years’ service experience in technical/industrial environment.Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people.Ability to handle urgent and sensitive situations and working under pressure.Knowledge about computer networking (e.g., TCP/IP, Serial, Modbus), and operating software (Windows).Traveling is s part of the job as required.
