In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the installation and support of Flexim Flow and Analytical products and write reports as required by the position. This position requires a degree of physical work such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, carrying tool cases, and sometimes working in demanding industrial environments. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Perform on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of Emerson Flexim products and systems at customer locationsDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues using technical documentation, tools, and best practicesPerform field tests, surveys and upgrades of installed systemsProvide clear, professional communication to customers regarding findings, solutions, and recommendationsComplete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner using digital tools and systemsProvide customer service, application support, and product training to end users, technical sales reps and employeesAbility to travel with minimal notice Follow all safety, quality, and compliance requirements while working independently or with team membersCollaborate with internal partners such as engineering, sales, and technical support to resolve complex issuesCommunicate and work with the product development teamParticipate in training and continuous learning opportunities to expand technical capabilities and product knowledgeWrite training manuals and technical proceduresAssist and train newer field service techniciansRepresent Emerson’s values by delivering dependable service and a positive customer experience Who You Are:You take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
