In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Support talent acquisition activities by searching candidate resumes using defined criteria and sourcing tools.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.Manage interview logistics, including arranging meeting rooms, preparing interview materials, and coordinating communications.Provide timely candidate communication, including interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-up correspondence.Assist with new hire onboarding preparation by coordinating documentation, checklists, and administrative requirements.Create, maintain, and update inventory records for HR documents, equipment, and office supplies.Support HR office relocation activities by organizing, labeling, packing, unpacking, and arranging HR materials and records.Conduct post-relocation reviews to help ensure HR workspaces, documents, and resources are organized and accessible.Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR team as needed.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, organization, and team collaboration.Who You Are:You communicate clearly and effectively in a variety of situations to achieve shared understanding and positive outcomes.
