Establish objectives and maintain standards for quality delivery of Educational services training modules while driving a high level of customer satisfactionCollaborate with other PWS world areas and Systems and Software businesses to harmonize educational content delivery across the organizationsManage the Educational Services profit and loss (P&L) center to deliver on established organizational financial metrics including but not limited to sales, asset management and productivity targetsDrive and develop your team to deliver world class educational programs with a focus on next generation training methods for in-person, virtual and hybrid learning programsIdentify and drive continuous improvement programs, quality and internal training initiativesHave a strong drive to work directly with customers to develop and customize their educational plans and programParticipate in the marketing and selling of Educational ServicesWho You Are:You are creative, motivated, and driven, seeking to deliver the highest levels of customer and employee satisfaction in all you do. Must be able to motivate people in a technically challenging environment to deliver world class educational programs to a variety of learnersDemonstrated planning, communication, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.Must be fluent in EnglishLegal authorization to work in the United States.
