In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Lead or participate in company and departmental safety improvement, such as hazard and environmental factor identification, ESR, LOTO, etc., to ensure the implementation of national safety regulations and company safety rules and regulations in the production line.Cooperate with Quality Department to complete various compliance certifications, product explosion-proof certifications, product internal audits to ensure product and process compliance and quality.Production supportGuide the production line to strictly follow the production process to carry out production activities. Quickly respond to production line’s difficult "red light", find the root cause and solve it in time. Establish and improve early warning mechanism, collect, analyze and report production data and implement and track improvement measures.Translate and prepare production procedure, participate/execute product and process training or assessment for operators & technicians.Regularly analyze production line capacity, identify bottleneck processes, optimize and adjust production line to ensure sufficient production line capacity.Analyze customer feedback for root cause of quality issues and follow up to resolve. Assist "Service Center" engineers to resolve technical issues with customer return products. Provide support to sales, application engineers, contract department and other teams for technical consultation on production process.Participate in global quality and consistency meeting, report and provide insights on China company situation, and implement meeting resolutions.Responsible for conducting production according to the production plan and process, analyzing the reasons for any uncompleted production plans, Participating in energy-saving technical improvement projects.Coordinate resources to support the company's quality energy management, and consider energy performance.Take into account the use of low-energy consumption production processes in product process design.Required to complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor or company as needed.
