In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Respond to customer and sales inquiries by accurately and timely entering and managing customer orders. Acknowledge customer orders and proactively communicate shipment status, including any potential delays. Review, process, and coordinate order changes to ensure alignment with customer and business requirements. Expedite with factories and internal partners to support on-time delivery commitments. Maintain close, professional collaboration with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. Process and issue invoices in line with established procedures. Experience or education that demonstrates the ability to manage administrative, customer-facing, or order-related processes (a degree or equivalent practical experience is welcomed). Comfort using digital tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. A strong customer-focused mindset with effective communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to understand business drivers and apply that understanding to day-to-day decisions. Curiosity and initiative to explore new approaches and support process improvements. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Previous experience in sales support, order management, or customer service in an international or industrial environment.
