In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Installing and configuring client computer systems.Responding to client IT support requests.Basic Knowledge of the deployment of Hyper-V, VMware ESXi, and vCenter.Good knowledge of Switches, routers, and Networking will be an advantage.Deployment of Windows Server on VMware on a regular basis.New Server-grade hardware installation in the datacenter.Daily monitoring of Datacenter hardware.Remote assistance to in-house engineers to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client.Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.Providing training to the in-house engineers.Call logging with Vendors.Inventory management.Maintaining good client relations.Tracking and managing work records.Compiling job reports. Who You Are:You pursue everything with energy, drive and the need to finish. You deliver messages in a clear, compelling and concise manner and actively listens and checks for understanding. You lay out a detailed schedule and steps for achieving objectives and use landmarks to track and handle the progress of the work.For This Role, You Will Need:Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.2 years of experience in computer hardware and networking. Skilled in liaising with vendors and subcontractors. Proven work experience as a technical support engineer.Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
