In this role, you will oversee assigned production areas and help drive success in safety, quality, continuous improvement, productivity, training, cost management, and employee engagement, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Ensuring a safe and compliant workplace by maintaining standards and consistently enforcing company policies.Planning and overseeing daily operations, assigning work, rotating tasks, and monitoring progress to meet production goals.Driving accountability by setting clear expectations for schedule, quality, and safety, and tracking results.Supporting staffing needs by participating in interviews and recommending candidates for open positions.Communicating regularly with your team about business goals, performance, and company updates, while fostering open dialogue.Coaching and mentoring employees, providing challenging assignments and regular development discussions to encourage career growth.Managing employee relations by addressing concerns promptly, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a positive, respectful workplace culture. The salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
