CNC machining systems (Fanuc, Mazatrol, Haas, etc.)Turning, milling, grinding, and EDM processesGD&T and engineering drawing interpretationAPQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and Control PlansLean Manufacturing principlesTPM and industrial maintenance practicesERP systems such as SAP, Oracle Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.Implement continuous improvement methodologies, including:5SKaizenPoka-Yoke Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.Minimize operational risks associated with machinery and equipment.Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives. For This Role, You Will Need:Bilingual: Advanced English Education Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar Intermediate Office Software Other: Leadership, Resource Management, Negotiation, Communication, Decision-making, Teamwork, Production Scheduling, Supply Chain Management, Lean Manufacturing, CNC Lathes, and CNC Machining Centers.Desirable: Knowledge of screw machinesWork experience Required: At least 10 years of experience in machining.
