You will operate a variety of equipment, perform inspections, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment while supporting the delivery of high-quality products to our customers. Hiring for 3rd shift. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Safely grind partsPreform quality inspections to ensure iron meets proper specificationsRemove gating and sprue from casting. Ensure that castings are not marked with hammer strikeSort large quantity of obvious scrap castings and notify supervisorEnsure that all castings are removed from sorting conveyor line to proper tubs or conveyorsOperate Cleaning Press and small punch press to remove sprue without marking castingsOperate cut off sawOperate hydraulic wedgerOperate small cleaning machineOperate Tennant sweeper to clean shop floorsOther duties as assignedWHO YOU ARE:You apply others’ diverse experiences, styles, background, and perspectives to get results.
