In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Conduct in-process inspections and final product verification to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical requirementsIdentify, label, record, and track non-conforming products; support quality engineers in measurement, analysis, and resolution activitiesCollect, verify, and archive inspection records; prepare shipment documentation such as certificates of conformity and product certificatesInspect returned products, monitor repair processes, and perform outgoing quality checksParticipate in quality inspection activities for new product introductions, production line transitions, and certification projects, including documentation preparationSupport customer complaint investigations and root cause analysis; drive and track corrective and preventive actions on the shop floorAssist in the day-to-day coordination of inspectors, including workload balancing, oversight of inspection activities, and onboarding/training of new inspectorsAddress basic quality issues within delegated authority to ensure timely resolutionPerform inspections in accordance with order requirements and applicable inspection standardsAccurately enter inspection data (e.g., results, non-conformance records) into Oracle or relevant systemsMaintain and improve quality documentation and recordsComplete additional tasks assigned by leadership to support business objectives Who You Are:You consistently hold yourself and others accountable for meeting commitments and delivering quality results.
