Key ResponsibilitiesThis role is open for Penang R&D Sustaining GroupLead medium-to-large cross-functional projects through the full project lifecycle.This role required MFG background. This role will be handle Manufacturing escalations, Customer escalations, Quality /RMA escalations and life cycle management projects as well. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and action-item tracking.Manage project scope, cost, timelines, and resource requirements to achieve project objectives.Facilitate project planning, decision-making, and problem-solving across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Services, and other stakeholders.Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks while balancing schedule, cost, quality, and feature requirements.Drive alignment among cross-functional stakeholders and escalate issues appropriately when needed.Build strong partnerships across functions to ensure successful project execution.Provide clear and timely project communications to project teams, sponsors, and leadership.Evaluate trade-offs and make recommendations to support business objectives and project success.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices.Ensure compliance with applicable product development processes, tools, and governance requirements.
