With unparalleled expertise from RIDGID, Greenlee, HDE, and Klauke, we deliver tools our customers trust to handle their toughest challenges.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Carry out circuit design and PCB layout while following relevant design standards.Define, plan, and coordinate development, product qualification, safety, and regulatory-compliance testing.Conduct concept feasibility assessments and technical risk evaluations for new products.Evaluate new and emerging technologies.Provide technical leadership and mentoring for junior engineers, including hands-on problem solving, and debugging.Support field investigations, manufacturing, and supply chain issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:Familiarity with electrical safety, functional safety, and EMC compliance standards.Experience with reliability modeling and rugged environmental design.Design experience with mass-produced electronics (PCBAs, cable assemblies, etc.).Experience with embedded systems using microcontrollers.
