For This Role, You Will Need:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.MBA or other advanced business qualification preferred.Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Proven track record of leading plant operations with full P&L accountability.Strong experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality, continuous improvement, and EHS management.Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, productivity improvements, and business growth.Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and people development skills.Strong business and financial acumen.Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across global, regional, and local organizations.Experience managing government and regulatory affairs is highly desirable.
