In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Participate in the full systems lifecycle including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and support of enterprise financial applications and integrations Take ownership of both day-to-day operational support and project delivery, acting as a technical lead when required Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable technical solutions aligned with IT standardsSupport compliance and regulatory initiativesProvide effective written and oral communications with technical and non-technical stakeholdersMentor and guide junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practicesWork collaboratively with global development teams located in the US, Europe and APAC. Basic Job RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of IT, Computer Science or related fieldMinimum 6 years of application or software development experienceStrong technical background with hands-on programming experienceSolid understanding of relational database systems (RDMBS) and data structuresStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issuesGood command of English, both written and verbalExperience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle EPM, Oracle PLSQL development, Integration platforms, or other ERP system exposure is considered a plusMust be willing to work a minimum of 4 days a week on-site
