For This Role, You Will Need:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within the marine, aftermarket, or service industry.Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.Experience managing pricing strategies, service offerings, and business performance metrics.Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to lead teams and drive results in a complex matrix organization.
