In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Manage the delivery date for each item on a daily basisCollect the delivery date from shipyard server to get updated delivery date.SAP update regarding updated delivery date.(SAP T-code : VA02/ZVA02_FD)Get the newest delivery date by E-mail and the person in chargeManage the major delivery management files (such as Order on hand status, TLG Master Project List, Actuator Assembly plan on a daily basisGet information from OTD (Order Transfer Document) and then enter data into order on hand status.Check the quantity of actual amount and class etc,Check the finished delivery for each project.Manage finished goods being stored on a weekly basisCheck the list of finished goods that customer will not receive even it’s completely finished and passed the promised delivery date.Check new delivery date with customer, and convince them to receive it without delay.Update the Act & System delivery date on a weekly basisCompare recent delivery date with previous delivery date and send to the each person in charge.Review & investigate the delivery date for the gated order process meeting on a monthly basisBe prepared for the gated order process meeting.Escalate issues of customer’s situation confirmed when gathering the delivery date, in order to reflect to set POR target in proper wayInput rescheduled data for delivery date into SAP system after meeting. Who You Are:You are responsible for one important role to gather the information about the customer’s delivery date and reflect all to ERP system (SAP system) and all relevant delivery management files, by working with shipping team’s hourly employees.
