In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Follow up and improve supplier production plans to meet delivery requirements. Audit production process/final audit (Vacuum Cleaner, motors, Hose, Filter bags and other accessories) to sure lower complaints from customers. Report daily to direct manager on product audits, quality issues and project development issues. Support/follow up new project and quality issue happened in supplier production line or complaint from customer with supplier. Help supplier to train operator and QC according to ETC product requirements. Who You Are: You establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results. You identify and create the necessary processes to get work done. You maintain a track record of exceeding goals successfully. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in quality or supply chain quality. Solid product knowledge in some specific areas ex. PPAP, QCSIR, CAPA, CP, SPC, ESAC and others when specified. Familiar with Quality Management System and Quality Tools. Excellent communication and liaison skills, fluent oral and written in Vietnam and English; fluent oral Chinese is preferred. Occupational Health and Safety Acumen.
