In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Manage teams and ensure that performance targets are met or exceeded and proactively communicate with various stakeholders’ critical updates that could impact on the business. Support projects related to continuous improvement and other ad hoc tasks to support the strategic priorities of the business. Handle escalations and ensure that customer requests and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Develop individual contributors to ensure they can maximize their talents and fully explore career opportunities within Emerson. Plan, organize, and coordinate team activities that will increase engagement and drive morale.
