In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, customer training, and customer application support. Responsible for revenue generation throughout the product lifecycle. Responsible for following up on customer acceptance after new equipment installation. Responsible for summarizing customer service cases in the customer service system and creating customer equipment service history records. Provide technical services, offering technical analysis for customer equipment failures, identifying root causes, and providing solutions. Possess welding application debugging skills and be able to independently complete debugging of medium-difficulty applications. Responsible for reporting product issues to the company's internal technical department, assisting in product manufacturing process and design improvements. For complex customer issues, be able to independently organize relevant departments within the company to conduct problem diagnosis, develop action plans, and track implementation. Maintain customer relationships and continuously improve customer satisfaction with product services.
