Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:The successful incumbent is involved in the Procure-To-Pay cycle particularly Accounts Payable processes and functions. This typical operational role needs to be accurately processed all invoices posting and clear blocked & GRIR on timely manner, meeting targeted KPI and SLA in accordance with the company policies and procedures.Responsibilities: Perform invoice processing within agreed SLA of 2 working days and need to adapt to process based. Investigate dispute invoices to clear blocked & GRIR balances within agreed timescale and have in depth understanding of freight condition & global routing guide Attend queries from internal & external stakeholders, responsible & accountable on issue resolution for daily operation Ensuring appropriate internal controls in place. Support back up plan & ad-hoc tasks. Perform analysis & trouble shoot exceptions to drive KPI results and update team leader on monthly basis Assist in process improvement for AP projects/initiatives when it is needed.
