The Senior Customer Business Partner (Sr. CBP) for our Walmart Period Care is accountable for all aspects of building, selling, and executing joint business plans that deliver the objectives of the assigned customer team and Kimberly-Clark Business Unit(s). In this role, you'll conduct Joint Business Planning alongside key customer contacts to gain alignment on goals and plans then collaborate to execute the plan and check/adjust as necessary to achieve agreed upon goals. Internal to K-C, the Sr. CBP is responsible for leading key planning processes and engagements for assigned customer/BU(s) including Annual Operating Plan and Business Planning Processes, ongoing communications, and others as needed to ensure alignment with BU Strategies and adherence KC planning policies and processes. You'll also collaborate with cross function customer team members as needed to better analyze, build and execute the business plan.About You In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. Job responsibilities include:Collaboratively build and implement the customer business planSell and negotiate by engaging customer in joint business planning to gain alignment to plansManage delivery of plan and business objectives; check and adjust as necessaryMaintain trusted relationship with assigned customer to ensure Kimberly-Clark is positioned as a trusted partner to lean on in achieving business objectivesAccountability and ownership for delivering results by looking to solve gaps with existing resources, trade dollars and engage with BU sales as needed to solveConduct business and data analysis to build data driven recommendations for improvements and advancementsTo succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree4+ years of progressive experience in management of customer development, and proficient in customer, category and trade managementExperience presenting to Executive Level staffExperience working with Nielsen data and experience using ScintillaStrong verbal and written communication skills, results and strategy orientation, business intuition, business management and planning, brand management, leadership, building strong relationships, statistics and quantitative business analysis, change management and team managementMentoring, networking, employee training and development, resource management, prioritization, cross-functional, superior customer service and problem solvingPreferred:Knowledge of forecasting, supply and demand experience, and shelf reset experienceExperience working in Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry and K-C customer/retailer accountsStrong record of exceeding sales objectives with merchant partnersTrack record of developing and executing unique solutions and innovation to customersDigital commerce experienceLed by Purpose. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
