This role will lead the development, enhancement, and implementation of risk-based testing methodologies, testing standards, and governance practices used to assess the effectiveness of technology controls across the enterprise. Working closely with Technology, Risk, 2nd line of defense, and Regulatory stakeholders, this individual will help ensure a scalable, auditable, and sustainable approach to control testing and regulatory readiness. Role•Lead the planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement of Mastercard's technology control testing methodology.•Develop and maintain risk-based testing methodologies including testing frequency, control inventories, and testing priorities.•Establish and streamlining testing procedures, evidence requirements, and sampling approaches.•Partner with Technology, Risk, 2nd line of defense and Regulatory teams to enhance processes based on iterative feedback.•Analyze federated testing priorities and identify synergies and provide guidance to stakeholders to influence testing decisions.•Connect control testing results to risk themes and partner with various stakeholders to communicate findings to leadership and governance stakeholders.•Support audits, regulatory examinations, and assurance activities through clear reporting and documentation.•Drive improvements through automation, A.I, analytics, and scalable testing processes.•Influence the ongoing maturity of Mastercard's technology risk and control environment.
