This role is a key part of the Asia Pacific regional team, responsible for creating, launching, and managing Academy programs across diverse markets. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and collaborative professional with experience in event logistics, webinar hosting, and stakeholder engagement. We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Event Coordinator to join our AP Academy team. In this client-facing role, you’ll be a key player in designing and delivering engaging learning experiences - from live webinars to interactive virtual and face-to-face courses. The role will support Greater China-specific projects, including the coordination of tailored training sessions and development of localized materials to address market needs. The role will also facilitate communications with stakeholders in Greater China, ensuring alignment with local business objectives and regulatory requirements. This includes adapting Academy messaging and program updates for Mandarin-speaking audiences and collaborating with local partners to promote engagement.
