As a Senior Sales Engineer on the Mastercard Identity team, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities supporting Sales using technical know-how and product expertise to grow a best-in-class product suite in the identity solutions industry. The role is focused on ensuring prospects understand our solutions from a technical perspective with the aim of deriving the best possible value from our ecosystem, which is built on machine learning and a foundation of data science and financial services. As the product expert, you will collaborate with Sales to understand prospect pain points, workflows, goals, and risks to determine product fit.
