We are looking for a Software Engineer II who is eager to grow their technical expertise while taking ownership of delivering high-quality software components from development through deployment. This role is ideal for an engineer who can independently troubleshoot and improve existing solutions, adapt to new technologies and architectural patterns, and contribute meaningfully to team decisions. The successful candidate demonstrates continuous learning, collaborates effectively with peers, supports less experienced team members, and helps deliver reliable, scalable software that meets business and customer needs. Role• Design and develop scalable, service-oriented software architectures.• Drive the development of robust web applications and continuously enhance product capabilities.• Produce well-structured, maintainable code using modern design patterns and principles that ensure separation of concerns.• Write clean, testable code and participate in peer code reviews to ensure high engineering standards.• Contribute to all stages of the development lifecycle, including design, implementation, and testing.• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable and resilient applications aligned with business needs.• Leverage emerging technologies and innovative approaches to optimize performance across large-scale data environments.• Apply expertise in computer science, software engineering concepts to address complex challenges faced by global organizations.All About You• Hands-on software engineering experience, with a strong background in full-stack development, building scalable, high-performance applications.• Full-stack development expertise across UI, microservices architecture, and database technologies.• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, and PostgreSQL; experience with any cloud such as GCP or Azure, Snowflake, GitHub Copilot is a plus.• Solid understanding of software design patterns, system architecture, data structures, and algorithms, with experience designing maintainable, resilient, and high-performance systems.• Demonstrated ability to solve complex, real-world technical challenges and innovate with large-scale data sets.• Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, agile development environments, contributing to team planning, execution, and continuous improvement.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.• Strong problem-solving mindset, initiative, and creativity in approaching new challenges.• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
