We are seeking a Regional Product Management Professional [Level 8] across Europe region to oversee product solutions and P&L management for CA&E products and platforms, including Rewards platforms and programs.This role will be an expert on the product(s) of Rewards solutions and be responsible for ensuring the products are developed, enhanced and scaled across the Region working closely with Product Owner Leads. The position will need to have deep understanding of the competitive landscape, ensure the products meet local market needs, and be able to proactively enhance and innovate the product line by collecting the requirements for future development. This position will ensure products meet local market needs, deliver the product go-to-market strategy, and partner closely with the Commercialization counterparts to ensure that each product is a part of the broader solutions portfolio to drive the desired business outcomes. This position will work closely across the Regional and Global Product Leads, Services Business Sales Leads and other cross functional Teams.
