This role will also oversee the finance integration agenda for strategic transactions, partnerships, and new business initiatives, including integration planning, close and Day 1 readiness, post-close execution, synergy and cost tracking, governance routines, operating model alignment, financial reporting readiness, control considerations, and cross-functional issue resolution.
