Minimum QualificationsBS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field. 12+ years of experience building distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software platforms. 5+ years of engineering management experience leading multiple software engineering teams. Proven experience defining and delivering large-scale cloud platforms from concept to production. Strong technical background in distributed systems, Kubernetes, APIs, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and modern software engineering practices. Demonstrated success hiring and scaling engineering organizations. Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Preferred QualificationsExperience with cloud robotics, IoT, autonomous systems, or edge computing platforms. Familiarity with ROS 2 and modern robotics software architectures. Experience with DDS, MQTT, OPC-UA, VDA5050, or related robotics communication technologies. Experience building developer platforms, SDKs, APIs, or service contract frameworks.
