Analyze financial results to identify significant trends and variancesBusiness partnering with inter departments include providing financial solutions to internal stakeholders to assist them in making informed and accurate decisions.Liaise with intercompanies to ensure timely receipt/payments received/made and resolve any disputes in a timely manner.Leading/Participating in Management controls and audit function - review/perform SOX testing, evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls; support various internal and external audits.Ensuring compliance to US GAAP, IFRS and Companies Act.Lead and liaise with external auditors on statutory reporting activities.Liaise with tax agents pertaining to Corporate tax matters, filing GST returns etc.Assisting in other finance support functions including budgeting and special projectsLead/support finance and continuous improvement projects on a need basis.Qualifications You Must HaveBachelor of Accountancy / ACCA or its equivalentCPA will be an added advantageMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environmentGood working knowledge of MS Office softwareGood knowledge of GAAP & IFRS requirements is an added advantageKnowledge in SAP will be an added advantageMeticulous, with good analytical & problem-solving skillsWillingness to participate actively in company-wide projectsAble to work under pressure in a dynamic environmentEffective communication skills with the ability to communicate well with all levelsWhat We OfferCareer and skills development opportunities.Employee scholarship program for further education.Comprehensive health, medical and dental benefits.On-the-job training and in-house/external certifications.Competitive renumeration package.Allowance and overtime benefits where appliable.Company transport provided.
