Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.Responsibilities:Provides support to a Global Mobility function that includes approximately 2,000 international assignments, including rotational, short term, and long terms assignments. Serve as champion for mobility payroll instructions for all types of relocation and deployments.Allowance Package Set-up in Equus platformUpdated retro payments and prepare prorated allowance calculations, as well as one-time payment processingCreates and delivers payroll instructions for local payrolls prior to local deadline based on international assignment balance sheets and MOUReview Pre-Payroll CWS/Differences (1st pass), as well as notes for changesComplete post-payroll/pay results reconciliation reviewAnswer employee / team questions, as well as troubleshooting issues.Develop and document procedures with team members.Review various reports to update the data in the assignees file.Support back-up compilation for DCAA audit requestsCompensation collection from local entities to upload and review.Shadow reporting with tax vendorEducation/Experience:A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 1 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related fieldExperience supporting payroll with Global Mobility experience preferredExperience with Equus/Assignment Pro preferredAbility to learn processes, policies, and the ability to apply CORE principles to these processes for continuous improvementDisplay positive attitude and demonstrate high commitment level.Good organization, analytical and problem-solving skills.Proactive. If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.Requires theoretical knowledge typically obtained through University Degree.
