The ideal candidate needs to be passionate about proper data engineering standards with analytical mindset to drive action through facts and data, possess the ability to effectively organize and distill data, proactively ask appropriate questions to understand the customer’s requests, and translate that into executable requirements and project plans. What You Will DoAnalyze current business processes and documentation, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and operations, to ensure alignment of business requirements with technical solutions.Develop and implement governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.Collaborate to translate requirements and policies into implementation roadmapsProvide support during the implementation of new systems and processes, including user training and change management.Ensure the rigorous application of information security and information assurance policies, principles, and practices to business analysis activities.This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities.
