Make a difference with a career at Pratt & Whitney.What You Will DoResponsible for Cell performance, including its personnel, resources, processes, and product qualityOversees Cell processes, set day – day goals and objects for team members, ensuring effective execution and complianceSupports Engineering in work-scoping and rectification activities when requiredLeads capacity planning and set day-day operational objectives within a clearly defined area of responsibility. Assigns tasks to teams to achieve production activities to meet operational targets , service standards, etc.Manages and optimizes resources to achieve Turnaround Time (TAT), On-Time Delivery (OTD), and financial objectivesEnsures workforce competence through structured training programs and ongoing developmentTracks and drives team productivity, including SAP hour management, overtime control, and reduction of non-productive timeHandles daily administrative responsibilities such as leave, SAP, BIPO overtime approvals, and raising purchase requisitionsManages employee welfare, focusing on career development, training access, and engagement initiativesUpholds EH&S compliance, reinforces safety culture, and manages disciplinary actions as neededActs as the operations point-of-contact for cross-functional requests and issue resolutionDevelops leadership potential within the team and fosters a culture of active engagement and accountabilityProvides primary input for hiring, firing, promotion, performance and rewards decision for direct reportQualifications You Must HaveDegree in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Production Engineering with 4 years of relevant experience, or Diploma in Engineering with minimum 8 years of aviation experienceExperience in aircraft engine workshop practices and maintenance & repair of gas turbine engines will be advantageousAnalytical with strong leadership and supervisory skillsHighly motivated with a strong drive for successGood team player with strong communications and interpersonal skills Qualifications We PreferTechnical experience in Engine MRO or the Aerospace industry.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP systems.What We OfferCareer and skills development opportunities.Employee scholarship program for further education.Comprehensive health, medical and dental benefits.On-the-job training and in-house/external certifications.Competitive renumeration package.Company transport providedRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment. Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Production Engineering with 4 years of relevant experience, or Diploma in Engineering with minimum 8 years of aviation experience (experience, 4 years)
  • Experience in aircraft engine workshop practices and maintenance & repair of gas turbine engines will be advantageous (experience)
  • Analytical with strong leadership and supervisory skills (experience)
  • Highly motivated with a strong drive for success (experience)
  • Good team player with strong communications and interpersonal skills (experience)
  • Technical experience in Engine MRO or the Aerospace industry. (experience)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP systems. (experience)
