Make a difference with a career at Pratt & Whitney.What You Will DoResponsible for Cell performance, including its personnel, resources, processes, and product qualityOversees Cell processes, set day – day goals and objects for team members, ensuring effective execution and complianceSupports Engineering in work-scoping and rectification activities when requiredLeads capacity planning and set day-day operational objectives within a clearly defined area of responsibility.
