Make a difference with a career at Pratt & Whitney.What You Will DoDocumentation & Records VerificationVerify all Maintenance History File (MHF) worksheets, vendor release certificates, and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy of work performedEnsure all maintenance records comply with regulatory, customer, and P&WC Quality ProceduresVerify availability of required records including Life Limited Parts (LLP), back-to-birth records, airworthiness certificates, and other mandated documentation within work packagesQuality Gate & Compliance ActivitiesPerform engine logbook reviews including Life Consumption Factor (LCF) calculations, LRU TSN/TSO verification, and assigned Line Gate inspection processes during engine shop visitsEnsure all reports, release tags, and material labels tally accurately with the physical identification of parts and components issued to engine assemblyIdentify documentation non-conformities and ensure timely rectification by operations personnelCoordination & Stakeholder EngagementParticipate in engine pre-induction meetings with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Vendors)Work closely with internal teams to resolve documentation, traceability, and compliance issues efficientlyEngine Release & Customer DeliverablesVerify and prepare documentation required for releasing finished engines back to serviceEnsure timely delivery of completed engine release packets to the Customer ManagerCompile critical data and ensure accuracy in established shop visit report formats for customer submissionRecords Management & SystemsEnsure engine shop visit history records are properly maintained, secured, and archived for future reviewManage storage of MHF and history records at P&WC or approved vendor locationsPerform accurate data loading and updates in the Quality Control Track SystemQualifications You Must HaveDiploma in Aviation, Aerospace, Engineering, or other related technical fieldCAAS (engine category) certificates or equivalent certificates are required.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an MRO facility, quality control, production planning, or scheduling environmentStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExcellent problem-solving, analytical, prioritization, and multi-tasking skillsWillingness and flexibility to work overtime to support business and operational needsQualifications We PreferExperience or working knowledge of SAP or similar information systems.What We OfferStructured career and skills development opportunitiesEmployee scholarship program for further educationComprehensive health, medical, and dental benefitsOn-the-job training with in-house and external certificationsCompetitive remuneration packageAllowances and overtime benefits where applicableCompany transport providedRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
